Passwords
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we are unable to inform users of their passwords over the phone or through alternative mailboxes.

Schoolgrid users must first contact the school's ICT Co-ordinator or Network Manager.

Mailgrid users must contact the administrator of your domain, if you do not know who this is please visit the support pages and provide details about yourself - we will forward your query to the administrator of your domain.

Each domain has been issued with an email administration tool to allow administrators to create, disable or reset passwords to email accounts.

If the administration details have been forgotten, then please click here to provide us with details about yourself.
Changing your password

You can change your account password as often as you like.

ACTION

  1. Go to Options and select User profile.
  2. Under Account type new password and repeat in confirmation box.
  3. Scroll to bottom of page and click Update profile
