Receiving attachments
How can I view an attachment or save it to my computer?

File attachments included with messages will be listed on the Message Viewpage below the message body. Text and Image attachments can be opened and displayed in page whenever possible.

Formats and File Types which are not supported by your browser can be saved or opened by right clicking the attachment and using the shortcut menu to either save the attachment or open it with the appropriate utility.
ACTION: In the Message Viewpage click on the link(s) under attachments to open the attachment.
Why doesn't an attachment appear correctly?

Every attachment you receive is a specific type of file. For example, many word processing documents are ".doc" or ".txt" files, while many images are ".jpg" or ".gif" files.

You may have problems viewing an attachment if your browser is not properly configured to view that type of file. Usually, the easiest solution is to upgrade your browser to the most recent version.

You may also have problems viewing an attachment if it was sent in an unreadable "encoding type." When a message is sent, the sender may be able to choose an encoding type. If possible, the sender should use MIME encoding.
